　# ./configure をすると以下のようなエラー

cc1plus がね～ぞとか言われている。 [debian-users:21538] Re: 続・ configure 実行時のエラーを参照して、g++ をインストール。さっきのエラーは通過した。が、今度は X がなんたら言ってる。

x-window-system-dev をインストール。

libjpeg-mmx-dev, libqt3-headers, libqt3-mt-dev をインストール。

checking for KDE... configure: error:
in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail.
So, check this please and use another prefix

libkdegst0.6-dev をインストール。

Good - your configure finished. Start make now

追記：メールで不動作報告したところ、stasukuさんから、スプラッシュスクリーンの描画中に落ちているようなので、kreetingkard.cppの62～67、69行目をコメントアウトでエラー回避できるとのコメントを頂きました。実際には、kreetingkard.cppの62～66、69行目をコメントアウトでとりあえず起動はできました。が、なんかおかしい…。

メールでもも送りましたが、せっかくなのでこちらにも書いておきます。 kreetingkard: WARNING: KXMLGUIClient::setXMLFile: cannot find .rc file kreetingkardui.rc という警告が出ているのと落ちる箇所のメッセージから察するにインストールがうまくいってないようです。 kreetingkard.cppの６３行目にデバッグメッセージを以下のようにしこんで、 62 QString splash_png = KGlobal::dirs()->findResource( "data", KGlobal::instance()->instanceName() + "/splash.png" ); 63 kdDebug() << "splash_png = " << splash_png << endl; make install の結果と見比べてみてください。 正しい場所にインストールするには、一旦以下のようにアンインストールし、 make uninstall ./configure --prefix=/usr/???/kde3.2 のようにディレクトリの指定をしてやるとよいはずです。
